The accommodation we provide is located in a cozy and familiar environment. Situated in the historic heart of Venice, in the immediate vicinity of the magnificent church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli. The view opens onto a small space with tourist gondolas moored. In the surroundings, you will find many attractions, such as the Rialto Bridge just 7 minutes away, the famous St. Mark's Square in 10 minutes, and the embarkation points for the enchanting islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello, and the other smaller islands, as well as the Lido of Venice and Marco Polo airport, just 5 minutes away. Additionally, many important historical and artistic sites are easily reachable on foot in a short time. You will have a wonderful experience staying in the room that has been used as a location for the famous film "Bread and Tulips" and the more recent "Murder in Venice" with Kenneth Branagh's Poirot. The environment has been recently restored and the bathroom, for exclusive use, is located outside the room. The entrance is shared with the owners, but guests are offered the opportunity to exclusively use a small kitchen and a table with chairs.
